Nepal will be looking to start with a win under the newly appointed Belgian coach Patrick Aussems which is also Aussems’ first match as Nepali National Football team coach.More importantly this is the first match for Nepalafter the devastating earthquake back in April this year the players are ready to deliver a smile back on the faces of Gorkhali with a win.Nepal is using this match to prepare for the SAFF Championships to be held later.The team included four new players in the squad – Ajit Bhandari, Bharat Shah, Nawayug Shrestha and Bishwas Shrestha.
Goalkeeper
Kiran Chemjong looks to start under the bar for the visitors.He is one of the most experienced member of the team. Chemjong one of the fans favorite man has been guiding the post for last 2-3 years continuously.
Defenders
The defense will be led by 31-year-old skipper Sagar Thapa.Thapa is the most capped player in the squad.He is highly talked after a wonderful goal in the SAFF games played in India against Bangladesh 2 years back. Forwards
The attack will be led by 17-year-old Bimal Gharti Magar,the youngest goal scorer in Nepal’s history. Bimal has had trial stints with several clubs in Europe which include Anderlecht and Club Brugge KV. As.As a versatile player he is likely to trouble the Indian defense with his tricks and skills learned from Europe tour. Bimal who is undoubtedly one of the best young talents in the sub-continent,joins the team after having won the U-19 SAFF Championships where they defeated the India U-19 team 5-4 on penalties . The Army man Bharat Khawas is expected to lineup alongside Magar in the the attack for the Gorkhalis. He.He is been the one of the most sensational player for the Gorkhalis at recent time.He is highly skilled and active and talking about his Playing and serving for the nation at a time, he has always been the best of the best.He could changed the game if everything goes as per the time. The highest international goal scorer for Nepal Jumanu Rai is travelling with a bad days for last couple of months,as he has't been able to make in the playing XI.The 32 year old man could also be used at some point in the game.The man from Nepal Police puts in an improved shift to prove that he deserves a spot in the national team.
